General Questions

Can I see the lamp in a physical store?

We do not currently have a physical showroom, but we offer a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee instead. This means you can order the lamp and evaluate it in your own surroundings for up to 30 days. If it unexpectedly does not match your decor, you can return it and get a full refund.

Do you have any specifications for the lamps?

Delivery & Returns

How do you deliver?

We primarily use GLS for our delivery, and we deliver for free to parcel shops throughout Denmark. You can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 days. When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Do not worry if the system says the tracking number is not working - as it typically takes 24 hours for their system to catch a new delivery. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us so we can contact GLS.

How long is the delivery time?

We pack and ship orders every day. Expect a delivery time of 1-3 business days depending on the selected carrier.

Can I return my product?

Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty!
